DiAN Construction Services Inc. was founded in 2014 as a rebar detailing and estimating company. DiAN has provided rebar shop drawings on a wide variety of reinforced concrete projects since inception. This project list includes shop drawings for foundations, superstructures, windfarms, water treatment plants, bridges and other heavy civil projects, as well as smaller developments.
Our mission is to provide quality shop drawings to our clients. We provide drawings using AutoCAD, RebarCAD and Revit. DiAN is always willing to adapt to the means and methods that our clients are comfortable with and will work closely with your company to provide exceptional personal service. DiAN provides 24/7 access to its management team, including weekends and holidays. Dimensional Drawing
Concrete dimensional drawings (or) Edge-of-Slab drawings are working drawings that show the location of all joints and formed edges in concrete, including construction joints, expansion joints, isolation joints, cold joints, contraction joints, and all other bulkheads. In addition, EOS drawings also include the locations and sizes of columns, walls, openings, shafts, block outs, recesses, depressions and steps. Concrete dimensional drawings are intended to convey and assist the carpenter in providing all geometric information for complete placement of concrete slabs, columns, walls, openings. By condensing all the drawings into a dimensional drawing(s), the carpenters have a streamlined process to adhere to.
REBAR ESTIMATION
Rebar estimating services demand experience. A steel reinforcement effectively strengthens concrete and cast into concrete as an integral part of the construction process. Concrete pricing demands an estimate in which an evaluation of demanding Rebar is involved for a certain construction project(s).
Our comprehensive estimates cover all the required data through a sales estimator that can effectively assist in forecasting the rebar requirements for a fabrication shop. Our strategy is to evaluate and deliver an accurate number of quotes for the required materials, accessories and erection costs.

Our Team
Under Franks leadership DiAN has grown to become New York’s most dependable Rebar service. He has helped build strong relationships with the businesses we work with/for and ensure projects, initiatives and work functions are performed successfully. Most importantly that DiAN issues timely and effective communication on a daily basis.
In Franks spare time he enjoys playing softball & golf. However his best time spent is with his family, his wife Sabrina and two children Milania and Frankie. They are truly his greatest pride & joy.

In the last 5 years, Patrick managed the detailing and release of 150,000+ tons of steel.
Notable projects include the Central Park Tower (217 W. 57th – 100 stories), Riverside Center Buildings 3 & 4 (10 Riverside Boulevard – 80 stories combine) Hudson Yards Tower D Foundation (15 Hudson Yards – 88 Stories, 3 sub grade).
Outside of DiAN, Patrick is an avid outdoorsman who also enjoys gardening. Most import to him is spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their two dogs Rosie and Calla.

Patrick Andrews

Prior to joining DiAN Construction in 2019, Andrew worked for JPMorgan Chase in
their Corporate & Investment Banking division. He graduated from Pace University, with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
When not working with spreadsheets and other tasks, Andrew enjoys reading, snowboarding and free time with his family and dog, Daisy

Andrew DiBullo
CFO
Pat is a devout baseball fan who has been involved in men’s travel slow-pitch softball for forty plus years. In 2012 Pat managed the team that won the USSSA World Championship in the “C” Division. Outside of softball and work Pat and his wife, Maria have been married for 38 years. They have two loving children and two amazing granddaughters, Mia Grace and Elena Belle, their pride and joy.
